ATR vs Stevens

Wish it was 24" instead of 22" for a high intensity round like the 243, but hey, I can live with 22" for the price.

Stevens are also 22 in... you have to go to the Vanguard or SPS for a 24" barrel.

After hearing so much good things about the Stevens, I finally capitulated and got myself one in .308 as a backup/knockabout rifle. Accuracy right out of the box was 1 MOA, less with some handloads it really liked. The trigger is fine, and it can be adjusted easier than any other rifle that I know of.
