If you are talking about the ballistic software they should (did) ship the cards to Canada direct from Horus. Then either find and old palm pilot or go whole hog and order a Trimble Recon to install it in. Second hand palm pilots can be found along with second hand Recons, just make sure either has the correct version software.

PS the Recon and Palm Pilot use different style cards, Horus can tell you which to use.
