I know people use Silvercore in BC, but I'm wondering if I can do this for Ontario. Basically I purchased my first restricted and am unable to do the training at the range i joined for a while. A friend of mine wants me to go shooting with him, but I have no ATT. Will Silvercore work? Or are there any ranges in Ontario that offer this service?

I've never heard of "silvercore". how does this allow you to legally transport firearms from your place of residence to a recognized range?
