So I got sucked in and bought another something I didn't need at the big weekend sale. Brilliant. They shipped it Tuesday and I received it on Friday. Good. Looked over the packaging and it looked good. Opened it up all excited. Rear sight fell out in two pieces. Baaad. Called them up on the toll free #, they answered in three rings Friday night a 4:00 pm. Talked to a salesman, he asked a couple questions, took my serial #, put me on hold while he went in the back to see if they had another sight. About 2 minutes later he was back and said they didn't have a spare but he was taking one off a rifle on the shelf. Said he would mail it out that night. That is awesome service and product support. This level of service is hard to find nowadays. Well done Reliable and Thanks.
