Attaching Lug on Shotgun Barrel

I have a Norinco shotgun, its one of the model 37 ithaca knock off's.

The Lug (excuse me if this is not the correct terminology) which connects to the magazine tube came off the bottom of the barrel. The nut on the end of the tube mag then puts pressure on this lug to keep tension on the barrel where it connects into the receiver or frame. It appeared to have been installeed with maybe a solder or epoxy.

I have tried to use JB Weld to reattach, but after two shells it came off again. I did not want to try welding, as thought it could harm the barrel.

Anyone offer any solutions, someone at my range suggested silver solder?

That is why there are gunsmiths....... take it to one.....

I had one brought in, in the exact same condition. Silver solder did the trick.
