Click on FAQ(on the menu bar), then General Forum Usage(near the bottom) then Attachments and Images(also near the bottom). Tells you what you have to do. Starting with not using the 'Quick Reply'.
Read the picture posting how-to on the Newbie FAQ page too. Make sure you reduce the size of any pictures you post. Big pictures(1068 x anything) take a long time to load for a member on dial up. 640 x 420 is good.
