Hey troops, after a several year "hiatus" I've got the Dillon up and running. :)
However on the first stage the cam doesn't seem to be pushing the casing far enough in so that it lines up with the first die & de-capping pin?
Other than that all's good. Any ideas?

What caliber are you loading?
What make of dies?
Is the triangle set to the short or the long side?
is the Station 1 locator worn, dirty
Your decapping die should be slightly tapered is it, it is dirty rusty? The die should be able to correct if you are out a bit...

45 ACP
Dillon dies
pistol side
I cleaned the de-capper, it had some rust, lubed the press, and did some general cleaning up.
I'm test firing some ammo tomorrow for the right gr drop for the 200 gr bullet
Other than that I should be GTG, Hey thanks for the help :)

Glad to help...

The spring that the triangle thing rides on (internally) will get slack over time. I've replaced mine twice in about 11 years. It is simple to replace and Dillon should send you one gratis. I was having the same issues before I replaced the one on mine.
