You'll have to by them by the case (the cases are in the cage, right behide you!)

Is this BS? I just called Bass pro to order a couple cases, and they said they DONT have 1000rnd case lots for sale and never did. I called twice and talked to 2 different people and they said they dont have case lots for sale. Has customer service sunk to a new low, or is there an error in this thread?

They sell by the pack;
($5.79/each)* 10 boxes = 57.90 for 200 rounds (1 carton)
57.90 * 5 cartons = 1000 rounds / 289.50 + tax
= 330$/1000
or
4000 for 1320$ taxes in.

Calling them never works.. hell, even asking them never works..

Find it yourself in the cage.

The cases are 200rds ..... 10 boxes of 20 rounds.

I paid $83 + tx per 200 at Williams. :eek:

I only have 2.5 cases left.

I agree with the paper waste. My tape had 400 seperate entries...kinda silly.

It was so hard to walk away from the ammo...even though I don't need it anymore....LOL
 
Godda***! I just called these ass-clowns again, and another guy just told me they sold thier last case! I said I've called twice today and the other guys said you had no .223 case lots for sale! He replied "guess you talked to the wrong guys then." WTF!!! These slacked jawed yokels are worse at CS than LeBarons. I've never had such a hard time trying to give someone my money. Ass-clown then tells me 'don't worry we have 800 cases on order' but he won't let me pre-pay and hold a couple of cases! Rant-off...:mad::runaway:

I think there is no such thing, the americans created a panic buy market. Retailers and distributors took advantage and still are.

But I guess small time retailers in canada have to get the ammo somewhere and pay the artificially inflated rate.
Some guys say they pay $9+ a box for UMC. Thats sad............
 
BTW. For those that call Ass Pro (spelling intentional) asking about ammo, dont bother. You might as well talk to youself.

They have no idea about anything in that store. Best thing to do is just go there once in a while and check the ammo cage.

The previous time we had to point it out to them cause they thought they were sold out.

Thats what you get when you pay people minimum wage.

Or maybe they want it that way since the .223 ammo is so cheap.
