Attero Arms Style Sight Base for Type 81

I came across this sight base in the r/ak47 the other day and I was thinking, would something like this be possible for a Type 81? I realize that the AK leaf sight and the Type 81 rear sight are completely different but maybe someone smarter than me could design something around the same principle? I could pursue it with support from the community.

Anyways, just opening this up for discussion.

It would cause stove pipes like crazy. But i can definitely see a market for some kind of rear sight block optic mount. Especially for the tactical Type 81 market.

I saw a custom one for a Type 81 somewhere on reddit. It was metal and still in the white but it sat on top of the rear sight.
 
similar to sks scout mount but this one lack lateral adjustments (i see its off center).

i didnt like the sks scout mount much.
