If you are heading up to GHA17 with the plans of doing some moose hunting be advised that Hollow Water IR also has some blockades setup at Rice River road. They are not allowing hunters through, and some people are reporting that they will allow hunters through for a $40/pp fee. Tempers have been flaring as alot of guys have taken time off work to hunt only to show up at the blockades and not be allowed to enter their hunting area.
