Australian Lithgow 1941

I am looking at buying an Australian Lithgow 1941 matching numbers very good to excellent condition. Comes with a bayonet and scabbard is 600 in the range of value

I bought 1 last year, unissued and in "as new" condition for $550 without bayonet, so $600 seems about correct IMHO.

Fair price as it is all matching and in VG+ condition. Bayonets themselves tend to go for 100-150, so you are really paying 450$ for a VG+ matching (which is important with the amount of rebuilds out there) rifle.

The rear sight protector has been put on that rifle back the front. Usually an indicator that someone who doesn't know what he is doing has fiddled around with it.
