Availability of 1022 Takedown Compact - De Lisle Build

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Canadian supplier who sells the 1022 takedown in the compact variant ?
I can find plenty of regular takedowns, but no compacts.

I am hoping to fabricate my own De Lisle take down clone/copy, using a home made wooden stock, oversize barrel shroud, and accessories.

Also would like to know legal position of using a ported barrel inside a barrel shroud, would this be considered a suppressor ? No baffles or anything inside shroud, just an oversized full length shroud.

I would forego the porting inside the shroud... It will not be effective in any way if you are capping the shroud to the Muzzle O.D anyway and will not be visible and so will have no cosmetic value... This way the there can be no issue with interpretation. The Benjamin Marauder was banned from import due to venting under the full length shroud.
