Avoid The Mossberg 590A1 SPX

My last post on the issue was removed regarding a sponsor not willing to take a refund/exchange on a Mossberg 590A1 (issue being fixed as we speak).

Those who didn't see the last post, it was a 590A1 SPX and had numerous issues.

However as a service announcement I did get an email (heavily edited).

For the time being folks I would suggest you be careful in buying Mossberg products unless you see them in person or have a good vendor carefully examine the firearm firsthand.

As for the last post I made, it was "moved" then deleted as I do not see it anymore. +1 for the vendor but still -1 for Mossberg's quality control.

So you make a post about poor service and a defective product and the forum sponsor can delete that ? What’s the point of a forum to let people know about issues and service problems if they’re just gonna delete anything they don’t like !??

I still say email mossberg USA and give them the full story about the lack of initial service and the problems you’ve had up to this point , name names and companies , I don’t think that Mossberg USA would turn a blind eye to that poor a level of service from dealers of their products in Canada ?!
 
Its still mindbogglingly , that the dealers can delete ANY post they DON'T LIKE, specially when someone is being honest with their experience, negative that is in this case, so Disrespectful towards the Consumer, we are paying theirs Bills after all.

I’ve never had an issue with tenda but after seeing this they can go pound sand as far as I’m concerned. I’ve got no inclination whatsoever to spend money with a company that has zero respect for their customers.
I’d go as far as saying I bet the only reason the O.P got any result from them was due to his posting it on here for all to see the lack of service they provided him.
I’ll spend my money at Bullseye London or TradeEx from now on , at least those guys put in a good effort with their customers !

Did you email mossberg USA ? I had an issue with the stock on my 590a1 retrograde , emailed mossberg USA , within a couple of days they replied saying a new stock is on order for me and will be shipped to me ASAP.
Like i said in my other comments on your posts , email mossberg USA let them know the issue and the lack of service you initially received.
 
The only thing I have done so far is receive the shipping label and preparing to ship the shotgun back to the vendor. I won't do anything else until I get my refund for fear of complications. I really thank you for letting me know on what to do. I will definitely email Mossberg USA hopefully within a week or two.
