My Sig Kilo 2000 stopped giving me returns at ranges that it had previously no matter what conditions I tried it in so I contacted Clay (from whom I had bought it) to ask about possible warranty coverage. He immediately responded and cc'ed the guys from MD Charlton (Sig distributor). I let them know what the issues were and asked if it would be possible to replace it in time for an upcoming field match I had. Well, not only did they communicate incredibly well through the whole process but in less than 2 weeks (including the time it took for my unit to arrive at MD Charlton) I had a brand new Kilo 2200MR in my hands! Awesome service, quick turnaround and an upgrade, what more could a guy ask for? Thanks again!
