TL;DR deal with confidence

So I had told myself I was gonna get myself a brand new rifle. I decided on a 10/22 anniversary model, the design one. However, to be sure I wanted it, and to set some funds aside, I decided to wait about a month before I ordered it. I couldn't find it at many dealers, and I decided to go with Cabelas. But 2 days before my set order date it went on backorder! And after almost an entire month of waiting on backorder, and getting no information from numerous calls, I decided I was fed up with waiting.

I remembered there was one other place I saw this specific model, so I went on to check it out (PR). Used the handy little chat function (very useful), and Tanner set me up, within minutes! Way better than sitting on hold or waiting days for an email. Instant service, and probably saved me around $40 had I bought elsewhere. They shipped it out later that day, and I just got it.

Very helpful, friendly customer service, as well as fast shipping at a good price, would not hesitate to deal with again.

The one and only time I attempted to do business with them was a FAIL. They were suppose to be getting in some Ruger .357 Mag. bolt actions in and I followed up with them for months after having left my contact information. Never got a call from them afterwards one way or another.

Unless they had something I wanted in stock at a price I was willing to pay, I wouldn't bother again.

BTW, they're not alone in this. I've had similar experiences from other dealers on this site. I just want to spend my money and buy the things I want. I'll give first dibs to a dealer I've dealt with before but I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money.
 
If I remember correctly, the following firearms were purchased from PR, as well as scopes and accessories.

I am quite certain I will be purchasing others in the future.

CLAY and his STAFF have always been EXCELLENT to deal with.

Communication is a two way exchange, if someone is having difficulties with PR and other dealers perhaps they are greatly influencing the outcome.
