Awwwwcrap.. too much polish?

So I got bored last night and decided my 870 needed to loose its parkerized bolt and become shiny. She's super shiny and slippery now but my shells aren't ejecting away, just kinda falling out slowly becoming a jammer.
Is it possible to polish the bolt too much as in where it rides against the spring ejector?

Sounds like a little advice from arnold..I pumped hard. Didnt use live rounds just empty husks but that was never a problem before

Is the ejector ok?

Its pulling the shells back perfectly, could have a bit of crap down into the extractor plunger area? Feels fine and springs back when I pull on it

That would be the extractor, the ejector is pinned to the side of the receiver opposite the ejection port.

got any snap caps? mine is iffy ejecting hulls only, but works fine if the hull was just fired from, or if their snap caps.

If the ejector isn't broken, you've probably bent it

Funny thing is havent touched the ejector spring, could bending in more of an arc hurt it?

Live rounds not too bad, still comimg out about half speed though. I think its time to stop while Im ahead
