Just a quick question...

Does anyone know what part of the GHM9 firearm/s out there is the legally a "gun" part? Is it the lower or the upper receiver?

I was literally asking myself the same thing!! BandT came out with a aluminum lower and i need that!!

So to make NR, one needs a new barrel, mounted into the upper...

At least buying a Scorpion mag lower is gonna be easier...if I can get one imported.

On my GHM9 RIFLE the serial number is written in FOUR places: on the lower (on mag well); on the upper; on the bolt; on the barrel, visible from outside.
It is true that a real metal tag inserted in the plastic (like on Glocks), is only on the lower but the rest are impossible to erase printings.
