B.C. Tactical Sks scout mount issue/advice

Newbie here so please bear with me. I have a BC Tactical scout mount with a TRS-25 red dot on my sks. Both top screws on the rail are tight as a #### but that never lasts long.. 30-50 rounds and the rail wobbles pretty bad. Im a little iffy on Loctite so any suggestions would be nice. Thanks
