B+T GHM9 APC9 Upper Recievers

Does anyone know if there are any retailers with just the upper recievers available? I have an opportunity to purchase a GHM9/APC9 lower only for a good price and wanted to get an upper to match it, but I can't find them anywhere, even in the states

That's correct, it is the serialized part. I was hoping we would be able to get them since the lowers and uppers are modular. One retailer told me they're possible to order but they've had some on order for the last several years and they haven't come in yet
