So I've got an interest in a browning b78 and was curious if they were ever done in a .338 win mag and if so what would be a ballpark price to pay if one could be found .
To the best of my knowledge they were not, 7mm RM for sure and MAYBE 300 WM but they had stock problems with the magnums, every 7mm I saw had split back through the pistol grip or along side the action.

I'm glad mine was in .25-06. My buddy had one in 45-70 that held up just fine as he didn't push the envelope on warmer loads using 535 gr. cast boolits. I like these rifles as they are accurate and feel right to me.
