Baby Eagle and CZ75 parts compatible?

Hey guys,

Just got a new IMI Jericho 941 (Or a Baby Eagle, whichever you'd like to call it) in .40S&W, and now I need nightsights. And a tungsten guide rod. And probably about 3 more magazines.

What is compatible between the two pistols? Will sights interchange? Magazines? Triggers? What about guide rods?

I can only talk about the 9mm versions, but CZ slide locks do work, and I'm using the same mags in both (Tanfoglio mags, in fact). I know that CZ ProMags don't work in my baby eagle, but the factory CZ mags seem to fit it fine...
