Well, i put my new(and first) rifle trough it's paces this morning. It was the perfect conditions to go shooting: +4 celcius, raining and minimal wind. Ok those are not perfect conditions, but i don't give a crap if it rains frogs, i'll still be out shooting.

I brought 2 boxes factory ammo. One box of el cheapo Remington Express Core-Lokt 150 grains and one box of less el cheapo Remington Premier Accu-tip 168 grains boat tail. That's in .308

Well i was gonna break it in properly, but the crappy Remington cleaning kit i bought did not contain a patch holder to put at the end of the rod. Luckily some guy that was there had his field kit, and helped me clean my rifle a couple times.

I got at the range late and i had to register as a member, so i was left with minimal amount of time to play with my rifle. I was only able to put 10 rounds through the tube. All of em the maxi el cheapo 150gr. pre-rolled stuff.

Well, considering that i had to sight the rifle in and all, i'd say it turned out ok.When i decided to try to make a 3round group at 100, this is what it turned out like:

I think it's not bad considering it's the rifles first 10 rounds, i only cleaned it once after 2 rounds, It's using Remmy Express Core-Lokt 150gr at 20$/box and i maybe went thru a box and a half of ammo shooting, in my whole life.

The group started good with round 1 and 2, and i got excited and ####ed up on round 3 and had a flyer. Clearly the rifle is capable of .3moa accuracy using cheap ammo.As it stands, I'll regard that group as a 1.25moa, even though round 1 and 2 are around .3moa. Now it's up to the shooter to get better.
