I have not been out shooting pretty much at all for a while now. Just joined a local gun club and have enjoyed getting back out and plinking.
Wondering where in Ontario I can get the best pricing on.22 LR ammo to keep the fuel going. It is great to be back out shooting again!

Thank you

Welcome!

Im not sure where you live in Bugtario, but when I lived in Ottawa Lebarons had amazing deals on plink worthy ammo

+2...Lebaron's usually has Win555's & 333's in stock at decent prices. I'm lucky my rimfire's don't have issues with this ammo like some do. Good enough for plinking IMO.

Cheapest advertised I've seen is LeBaron's in Ottawa, although no current stock of the cheap stuff.
Cheapest in-stock is Winchester 555 at Wal-Mart, keep checking, it always comes back.
Coolest gun shop I've found is in Peterborough, if you live within an hour of there you should go. Good ammo prices but ammo is scarce at this time, they may do better in times of plenty.
Nicest most knowledgable guy is in Brockville, I buy ammo and guns there even though it costs a bit more.

You gotta say where you live if you want better answers, Ontario is big.

Thank you for all the help. I will have a look and see what I can find.
BTW, I live not to far from Port Elgin but I am in the city pretty regularly for work.

Canadiantire's have been getting into more ammo and some carry firearms again. Just picked up some winchester m-22 today to try out. 1000 rnds $53. Suppose to be good in semis and bolt. Have to see how accurate. Don't usually buy Winchester but will give a try. Rimfire has jumped almost 50% in cost in the last couple years due to lack of stock coming out of states. So if you find some stock up.
