Thanks for the info. It is just that whenever I type my user name and password, it brings up a blank page that goes no where. If I click on 'forgot my username/password' it still brings up a blank page.

I figured it out. I was using Mac's internet browser 'Safari'. I just got on to the online match sign up by using Internet Explorer instead!!
