My Mum in Penticton was having similar problems with Mule Deer in her back yard and garden. On one of my last visits I took along a fairly potent slingshot and some small ball bearings. I picked on what appeared to be the oldest and lead Doe. You'd be suprised how high a Deer can jump when 'gut shot' with that combo and after a couple similar sessions, how long they stayed away for. Obviously there was some benefit to my 'experience' as a juvenile delinquent.X-man said:I wouldn't mind a doe, try having to deal with a 1200lb bull moose constantly eating the flowers around the house or getting into the green house! Funny, but a .177cal pellet gun will move a moose along right smart!![]()
