I am looking at different coach gun styles; I wanted something that had ejectors and no hammers. While I was looking at the Baikal webpage, I saw that they have the IZH-43K and the IZH-43KH models; both have hammers, but the KH model has fully functional hammers. What I am trying to determine is if the K model's hammers are just for show, or if they actually act is a cocking lever yet does not directly impact the firing pin. I basically want to stuff two rounds in the gun, close it up, and then pull the trigger without cocking the hammer also.
The Baikal webpage is a bit vague on this point. Epps' webpage says they do not function, but I have seen other erros there that make me a little uncertain of that statement.
Anyone have any experience with these shotguns that could give me an answer to this?
