Anyone out there with experience with the Baikal MP-153 autoloading shotgun. It is a gas operated autoloader that is manually adjustable. Supposed to handle everything from 2 3/4 in to 3 1/2 inch shells. Does this thing work? Is it reliable? What can you say about it? Thanks for your input.

Mine has a perfect record, I put about 200 rounds through it, from heavy 3" loads to 2-3/4" cheap Winchester target loads. 100% reliable. I like it, I like the way it swings too. I just hate the safety button on the trigger guard, because it's designed to be pushed with the right index finger and I am a lefty, and it cannot be reversed.

Mine is great shoots anything and everything you put in it
And is very accurate not the softest shoote
But Not a 2000$ gun
But for 600 it's totally worth it
Mine is a camo version
I take it in bush and don't care if I scratch
Or not made to go boom over and over again
I recommend it

If you buy one follow the break in procedure exactly. If you do you will never have a problem. It will cycle everything you feed it. (well maybe not 7/8 oz super lite loads) But who shoots those anyways)

regards, Darryl

I have a few thousand rounds through mine without a hiccup. Only suggestion is avoid the winchester target loads that have the steel casing. It never worked in ANY of my shotguns.
