Baikal TOZ-8-01 advice

Opinions or advice please. I have a TOZ-8-01 .22 target rifle that is quite accurate but has a very creepy trigger. The stock is a bit beat up but accuracy matches my CIL 190 but does it best with the cheap ammo. Accuracy sucks with Super Club or Eley Target Rifle but excels with American Eagle or Federal bulk stuff. The trigger mechanism is like none I have ever seen before. Can anything be done with the trigger and what would the rifle be worth?

I just wandering, what kind of sights you have on the rifle?

The original sights are missing. I use a scope.
