I realize there is more to it than just the prism in a scope that will affect the quality, which in turn affects pricing. I'm just curious to know if anybody could tell me why there is such a big difference in price between two scopes that appear to be similar in design other than the magnification - namely, the Vortex Nomad and the Celestron Ultima (non-ED).
