There's some interesting info in there for sure but it is quite the time commitment. The guy can shoot, no question. The ballistics program he uses way over-stresses coriolis effect and spin drift, if I recall. I remember getting some wacky numbers out of it when I tried it.

heres another thought..
The wind speed capture device... "kestrel" it is? does that thing really work? Seems that one takes reading from firing position... thats got nothing to do with what might be happening a km away.... yeah?

The weatherflow meter is way cheaper than a Kestrel...
But all these devices do that, they only get the reading from your position only.

I'll set up streamers at the firing line as well as at the target.. if they match.. chances are good....

I've used the free Strelok ballistcs app for a few years now. It does everything for me that I need. I've found it very accurate.

Ive been mulling over Strelok. I just haven pressed the buttong yet.... Chances are though that this is the way i am going to go/choose. I can always bump up to something else later on if I so choose...
