I want to get a 12.5" Grizzly Shotgun. Does anyone know the ballistics info firing slugs from a 12.5" barrel compared to a 20" or longer? The slugs I have are 12g, 2.75", 1oz, 1700FPS. Is it correct to assume the shorter barrel will not allow time enough for all of the powder to burn, hence, lower FPS and impact energy at 25yds, 50yds, 100yds?
