I am doing a little spring cleaning and cannot bare to throw this rubberized bandoleer out as someone out there may want one for a display or collection. The thing comes with a handfull of clips and the rounds where carefully cut out of the backs of the "pouches" so from the front it looks complete.

Anyways its free but for the cost of postage. PM me if interested

Canadian 7.62x51 (.308) sealed bandolier. Sometimes referred to as a "Tropical Pack" because of the sealing, but not really accurate description. Not really rare but like any surplus ammo, is getting scarce.

I once went into an Antique Store in Nanton, Alberta and found four of these bandoliers in a box. They were labeled "Diving Weights" and priced at $5 each. A good price for 60 rounds of ammo.

Ditto on the quality of the ammo. When I was smaller and younger, my dad seemed to have lots of these on the range. We tied them into belts, or tried making putees with them.
