Banner value???

A buddy of mine has my old Bushnell Banner Dusk to Dawn 4-12x40AO scope,
I bought it back in '99 at Wholesale Sports in Edm.It's been on three of my rifles(two model 70 30-06's & 788 .243) Back then it was worth $137.99. Today,"new" it's worth $119.99.
If you were gonna buy it,what would be your offer?

I've had one for 6 or 7 years, paid $110 new, I've used it mostly on .308 rifles. If the used scope is in good condtion I wouldn't pay more than $80 for it. They are good scopes for the money, I've had zero problems and given the cost, no cause to complain.
