Just wondering if anyone has put a Barnard model P into a Eliseo B1 yet. I read through the instructions and see nothing about a recoil lug being used. Any of Gary's other models are supplied with a round recoil lug. The B1 isn't and it just mentions the 3 actions screws and a back collar?

I have the stock sitting here but shipped the barrels, and action straight to the gunsmith. Just curious if I have to hunt down a recoil lug also.

Sorry if this sounds stupid it's my first full on precision build.

There is but it's been milled oblong to the front, and back. I have pictures I just don't know how to post them.

Pictured would indeed be nice.
I usually upload to photobucket and just copy the img code in the post.

It does take recoil at the rear of the action. Just slide it in the tube put the screws in and tighten then lightly snug the brass set screws. That's all there is to it and it works very well, mine can be taken apart and be reassembled with no loss of zero.
