Ok bought 100 rounds of this cheap lacquered ammo and while it was accurate the cases jammed in the barrel. A bit_h to get it out of the breech!!!!

Was speaking to a Rep at TSE and he advised me that this ammo heats up and the lacquered cases glue themselves to the breech.

Went back to CT in Calgary and they say this stuff is great, any one else having these issues with SIGS or whatever?

Thanks
Randy

Unfortunately I have the same issue with this ammo.

About 5% problems with FTE's resulting in double feeds. Very hard to clear.

I've run other steel cased 9mm through the same gun, so it's definitely not specific to steel cases.

Running a Walther PPQ. First time I've ever had the gun jam on me. Changed to different ammo, and back to 100% reliable.

Unfortunately I had bought 1000 rounds of it. Only used about 200 so far.

Ran 50 rounds of RUKO 9mm thru my new NP-34 100% reliable, groups awesome as well.

There is a problem with this ammo as confirmed by the range employee, Canadian Tire denies there are any issues saying it's my gun...........

Don't think it is steel cases but the lacquer heating up and acting like a glue? I had to use lots of force to get those stuck cases out but had absolutely no issues with standard brass cases?

Seems like I am not the only one experiencing this.

Yea, I ran 1,500 rounds of the steel cased LCW without any issues.

Out of the 200 rounds of Barnaul, I've had 7 or 8 FTE with the case really well stuck in the chamber.

i should ask target sports how it is because they have been using for their walk in ammo the last month or so. i might grab some just to try if the price is good and save it for when i'm to lazy to reload.

Would love to hear their take.

i based on how long they have been using it i can only assume they haven't been having issues, i've seen 3 or 4 groups of people shooting it and haven't really noticed any issues but then again i'm not paying attention.

i will ask the next time i'm there and report back.
