Anyone have experience shooting Barnaul FMJ 7.62x51? How do you like it? Accurate? Safe? I'm looking for something cheap to shoot with my Norinco M-14s.

I see that Lebaron's has it on sale for $10.85 a box, worth it or not? Brass coated steel case and steel core or steel jacket not sure which. I assume it's OK for Norc M14 anyone try it yet?
