Insite Arms. I've got 2 Hawkhills they've done for me (both 6mm Creedmoors) and they're absolute hammers!
Another vote there. Have had a couple of Hawkhill barrels, and they are excellent barrels.

Just got a similar rig shooting... looked at the ballistics from 1500 to 2200yds and was surprised at the results. Orginally was to be a 30-338wm but settled on a 30-06.
Very heavy rig - will likely be around 25lbs for a very soft recoil. I am adding a bunch of ballast but you would not need to... I see no point in recoil.
Big big big brake.... Very heavy 29" barrel.... custom stock.... 12rds mag feeding
So far, shooting 1/3 MOA at SR and 1400yds was no problem yesterday in some strong winds. I would not hesitate to harvest game at 500yds and in with this bullet weight and speed and accuracy
