Barrel and slide conversion in idpa and ipsc...

Hey fellas. Just need some clarification about the rules again. So i have a glock 17 frame with a glock 22 slide and a 40-9 conversion barrel. In idpa, i believe this knocks me out of ssp but it's still legal in esp, correct? In ipsc, this knocks me out of production, but still legal in standard and open, correct? Thanks in advance.

For IDPA, Section 8 (starting on page 32) gives the rules regarding firearms and acceptable modifications.

In IPSC, the aftermarket barrel moves you into Standard Division.

It's very vague in my opinion. That's why I'm asking the seasoned shooters on here.

Ok. Got it. Thanks. I just want to make sure the gun is still legal in either idpa or ipsc. I didn't realize, for example, that the tanfoglio stock 3 is illegal in idpa simply because of weight.
