Barrel Band ID help needed

This turned up in my parts drawer and need a reminder what it is for. The only markings I can find on it are pictured.
I have it placed on the left beside a Mk II three band Snider (middle band) for comparison.
Any and all leads will be appreciated

Appears to be a mid band for a Long Lee Metford/Enfield.
