Barrel cut and dovetail cut?

I live in the gta and am looking for a local gunsmith to cut down my pedersoli rolling block (octagonal barrel) and cut a new dovetail for the front sight.
I know ellwood epps claims they do this service (both totalling to about 150$)
I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Ellwood or knows a gunsmith in this area that could do a good job at a good price. Crowning and re-bluing the crown and end of barrel most likely neccissary.

David Appleby is the former armourer for your local police force. I have a flintlock trade gun that he made. It's a wonderful piece - with one of the best triggers I've ever used on any rifle. don't know if he's still in business or exactly how to contact him but you can try looking him up.
