try looking for something called "longslide" ; the longest 45acp barrel i've seen is 7.5 inches- the more common is a 7 or 6 inch- you can get them custom made as well
but you need to know that the 45acp cartridge is DESIGNED to BURN COMPLETELY in 5 INCHES of barrel-there is no advantage in extending the barrel to gain velocity, unless you want to increase the sight radius
unless you're one of those that "has to have something different"
of course, if you extend the barrel only , it gives you a basis to add all sorts of confections on the end
