Barrel length and grouse hunting in BC

Hi everyone,

Someone on here posted that hunting in BC with an 8" barreled DAR-22 was illegal, and that the OP should go for the 12.5 DAR-22 to be legal. Maybe I'm blind, but I can't see in the 2012-2014 Hunting and Trapping Regulations Synopsis any reference to such a barrel length requirement.

Can someone please confirm that I'm not blind or prove that I am?

The regs say no handgun hunting and anything with a barrel under 12" is deemed a handgun.
