Barrel porting

ANyone know where I can get a handgun barrel ported in Canada? I am in the Edmonton area. I would prefer not to send it to the US. Its a Springfield p9 barrel, same as a CZ75.
I take it my drill press is not the way to go .

NO! It's Definitely the way to go.

Dean Fraser can do it. He's in Edmonton.

But I'll tell you that he suggested that it's only bling for the lower powered rounds...... even for my .45 1911
