Barrel vise and barrel nut wrench

Looking for a barrel vise and barrel nut wrench so i can install a couple prefit barrels in the new year. Anything i should look for or brands to avoid? Wont be used often so i dont need top of the line. Are there canadian dealers to deal with.? All that came up in my search were from the usa.
Also id like to buy a go and no go gauge in 223 to start does every one just order from manson or ptg?
 
If the barrel is on tight with the nut stuck on the action you may need 3 things... a barrel vice, a nut wrench and an action wrench...
