Barrett 50 BMG availability?

Does anyone know who has the Barrett 50 BMG in stock at this time? I know Wolverine Supplies is taking back orders, just curious if anyone actually has one in stock?

Alberta Tactical list a 50 BMG DSR but no price listed. I wonder what that rifle would list for?

The Barrett that is prohib by name is the semi auto 82 and variants. The rest can be purchased. - dan

Other than it's made from a current US defense contractor and is arguably one of the best quality least expensive options out there? Nothing at all.

I read somewhere that this is apparently the most accurate Barrett.

Wouldn't doubt it. The M99 I fired years ago was fun and extremely loud with that muzzle brake. From my recollection, recoil was on par with heavy 12ga. magnum loads. I was shooting it at targets 150 yds. away and accuracy wasn't much of an issue at that short distance.

The Barrett M82 was never designed initially as a "sniper rifle". Its role was intended for an anti-materiel weapon and the US used it as such during the 1st. Gulf War. At best, it's a +2MOA rifle.
