You might try Country Meats on County Rd. 56 (Seventh Con. Essa Twp.
about 4km south of Hwy 90 ! )

Country meats is VERY expensive... good work but the last deer we had done there was like $500.
Highly recommend Mueller's in Perkinsfield - about 35 minutes north on the Balm Beach Road going into Midland. Cutting and wrapping is (I think) $0.40 for moose and $0.50 for deer per pound. They also offer sausages, pepperettes, jerky, etc. You will have to call before dropping off to make sure they have cold storage space - there were a lot of deer expected in this week.
Another choice is Universal Game Farm in Coldwater.

have you thought about trying to do it yourself... first one won't be perfect but it will be an awsome learning eperience.
