Basic marinade for venison or moose

1/2 cup red wine
3 - 4 slices lemon
3 cups water
1 bay leaf
1 cup tomato or apple juice
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 Tbsp sugar
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cloce garlic
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all together in large plastic container. Add meat. Keep in marinade for 24 hours turning freqently.

Try just soaking the venny in some Italian seasoning sauce & steak spice, I use Montrael but.... it fast easy & verrryyyy good:D
