Recently I ordered some 200rd battles packs of PMC 5.56 ammo. It arrived when it was about -30 and on opening the boxes it was obvious that the plastic that the battle packs are made of shattered in the cold at the handle end. So FYI don't order PMC battle packs in the winter if you want them to arrive sealed.

Disappointing, made in Korea lol, “battle pack” in name only. Probably doesn’t matter to the American larp market

That is very interesting. You'd think the "battle pack" would hold up to cold weather conditions.

Imagine being in a combat zone only to have the bottoms give out at the worst opportune time... (hopefully these are not being sold/issued to people who's lives could depend on it).

Something tells me this is simply gimmicky commercial packaging to aid with sales.

Are the rounds on stripper clips?

IT’s Korean made ammo no one s being “issued” it.

South Korean 5.56 (M855) and other offerings manufactured by PMC/Poongsan are in circulation with NATO countries, and they are a NATO munitions supplier.

So yes, this stuff is being issued abroad.
So what’s with the shi**y fake battle packs. Just because a company produces something doesn’t mean your able to buy the same thing.

That is my question too. You'd think the battle packs they are making would be standard milspec, apparently they aren't.
