Battle Rifles of Nato by McCollum Rupley

My copy arrived shortly before Christmas. It sits on the shelf by my reloading bench next to my Small Arms of WW2 - USA and Small Arms of WW2 - Soviet books by the same publisher. By the time shipping and taxes and duties are done, $180 is a bit of a spend for a book, I feel they are well put together enough to justify the costs

My mantra is you're a long time dead so just buy it.

How can a place like Turkey be a part of NATO blows my mind!
Better to have a outlier in the gang than on the other side. And, Turkey was vigorously anti-Islam for most of the 20th century. That sounded good to the allies, except of course the Greeks.
