Ok... what is the best way to zero in an CQB AR on a shortish range?

I'm currently working with 50 yards indoor...

What kind of accuracy should I be aiming for and what does that extrapolate to at these ranges?

I remember reading something of 30 yards = 300 yards? Is that right?

If you zero at 25 m for 200m with an iron sighted 14.5 inch barrel using M-855/C-77/SS-109 62gr ammunition your point of impact at 25m will be 35mm BELOW your point of aim. This will act as a general guide.

I'm with GT a 50m zero is the way to go, once zeroed hold at shoulders on IPSC target and you're in.

at that distance, wouldn't a bayonet be more effective? just attach a laser to the side of the blade 8)

I'm with GT a 50m zero is the way to go

practically right on at 50yrds.

50 yards is 45.7 meters. BRRC is 50 yards. For center of mass hits, it aint gonna make that much difference.
